Passionate Life & Health Coach: Mindful Shift Yoga: Fitness Trainer
Diana Michelle is a high-performance master spiritual life and health coach, intuitive energy healer, yoga instructor fitness trainer, and founder of Di-Namic Life Coaching Live with Purpose.
With more than twelve years’ experience working with clients in coaching, personal training, personal growth, transformation, a focus on trauma, tactical breath work and movement supporting first responders, stress management, she helps clients improve their over lifestyles by creating healthy bodies, relationships, implementing strategies, and tools to achieve a daily healthy lifestyle balancing the mind, body, and soul in all areas of each of her client's lives.

Diana Michelle is trained in trauma evidence based informed Yoga and Meditation (iRest) dedicating her focus working with first responders, veterans and military.

Her genuine passion for making a true difference in the community shines through with her skilled expertise, true empathy, and patience with a heartfelt passion for helping other and making a positive impact with everyone she interacts with.
